DIY Criss-Cross #3

When I wrote my first DIY Criss-Cross back in May, I collected a lot of "3-D" words and phrases that didn't wind up making it into the puzzle. It was perhaps inevitable that some of those extra words would get turned into a sequel. Given the pressures of writing a puzzle a day, it's plausible that I may go for a third 3-D Spectacular, but no more than that. And even a third might be stretching it, as all the useful short words get used up, leaving me to make a puzzle with STANDARD DEVIATION, DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS, and BEYOND GOOD AND EVIL. Actually, now that I think of it, that could be fun to write on its own merits. Anyway, that's it for Day 9. See you later!
